This is a picture of Thursday's dinner. It's pork chop parmesan and it was pretty good. I snapped a picture because I was really proud of how it turned out, for two reasons:

(By the way, my experience has been that the breading usually falls off when meat hasn't been left to cook long enough. Once it gets a good crust/sear, it will stay on.)
I have a yummy pork recipe I'll give you. So easy!
Do not fear the yeasted bread. It is your friend. You can do it! You CAN make a yeast bread, I promise! :) I will give you a fail-proof recipe and you will get the confidence you need to go forward. :)
